The HHH Program.
Gratitude Resilience Connection
2025 Kick Off - TBA
Program Consists of 5 Hikes - 3 Community Connection Days - 2 Journal Workshops
Our unique program is designed to inspire teenage girls to discover their fullest potential. Focused on building resilience whilst we conquer & explore the spectacular hinterland of South East Queensland. We strive to spark the hearts & minds of our hikers with a deep sense of gratitude through journal workshops, bring awareness to the disadvantages teenage girls face in rural & remote areas of Australia. While also help to empower our girls to offer their helping hands through our community connection work.
Each of our hikers get the opportunity to search within themselves & share pieces of their hearts throughout communities near & far.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
5 Saturday’s of Hiking
We have foot picked 5 of our favourite, most diverse Hiking trails in South East Queensland suitable for teenage girls. Our Hiking Hearts will be left in owe of views looking back over the Gold Coast horizon, they’ll feel the magic under waterfalls & ground themselves amongst the ancient rock & limestone in our hinterlands. Letting their troubles drift away with the clouds as they climb high. We assure you, girls will be left feeling inspired & empowered after conquering the spectacular mountain tops.
3 Saturday’s of Community Connection Work
Helping Hearts & Hands. We have teamed up with 3 amazing charities to help give back to our local & distant communities. From planting trees to sending supply boxes to girls in our rural lands & helping kids run in the Sierra Leon marathon. Our community connection days are only a couple hours long but leave girls with a joyous sense of fulfilment & empowerment after creating ripples of positivity & love to those in need.
2 Saturday’s of Inner Self Journal Work
These workshops gently go into the depths of who we are at our core. Helping girls to discover & explore the importance of emotional intelligence, inner strength of dealing with adversities. We reflect on the importance & impact of practicing gratitude, resilience & the power of connection.
“The journal workshop was one of the most powerful days in this program” previous HHH participant
Wait there’s more!
Fitness
No, you do not need to be fit to join!
We welcome all levels of fitness. This is not a race to the top or a beep test. Simply one foot in-front of the other with friends. We welcome & encourage girls at any level of fitness to apply. Hiking may not be a sport but a little effort is required. There’s no easy trail to the top.
Feeling fitter & stronger is just the added bonus.
